Participating jurisdictions include, the cities of Sacramento, Elk Grove, Rancho Cordova, Folsom, Citrus Heights, Davis, Woodland, West Sacramento, Rocklin, Roseville, and Lincoln as well as Placer, El Dorado, Sacramento, and Stanislaus County.
