All current PASS participants, PASS jurisdictions, PASS plan review consultancies, and PASS development partners will be invited to an Annual Development Meeting in January 2017, Date and Location to be announced. The meeting will consist of an update on PASS; and then open discussion and vetting consideration of and voting on program recommendations, ideas and proposed changes.
